1. User interface/app issues
Symptoms:
- Display errors or missing elements in the user interface
- Buttons or menus are not responding
Solutions:
- Restart the software.
- Reinstall the software.
- Update Android and all apps in the Google Play Store.
- Download the latest Version.
2. Login issues
Symptoms:
- Error messages when trying to log in
- Login details are not accepted
Solutions:
- Check your login details and make sure they are entered correctly.
- Have an admin to reset your password.
3. Performance problems
Symptoms:
- Slow response times
- Frequent crashes or freezes of the software

- Make sure there is a fast connection between this application and the G-Gateway.
